The importance of staying hydrated is something we hear All the time . Stay hydrated when you exercise. Stay hydrated to keep your skin healthy. Stay hydrated in the sun. Stay hydrated, stay hydrated, and stay hydrated! For most of us, staying hydrated is not so easy. With long stressful days, it is easy to forget to drink water. Or maybe soda is more attractive? A very common misconception about staying hydrated is that we can not accomplish this task by drinking plenty of water. Although, drinking enough water will keep the body hydrated, it is not the only way to do it! A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help keep our body extremely hydrated. Of course, this does not mean that you can stop drinking water altogether. Although fruits and vegetables and herbal teas will also give your body the boost of hydration it needs, combining both into your daily routine can do wonders for reducing visible cellulite!
